Where We Started

TheCornerstoneProject was founded by Timur and Valentina and launched in January, 2026. 

Valentina and her husband, Timur, have been happily married since 2002. Together, they are raising seven wonderful children—four boys and three girls. In 2005, their son, Joseph, got married, and they welcomed another daughter, Angelina. 

Valentina’s passion for God’s Word began when she attended International Bible Seminary. She has always enjoyed Bible Study of any nature. If there was a Bible Study that one could join, you could count on Valentina being there—eager to learn, grow, and connect with others through God’s Word.

From a young age, Valentina knew God had given her the gift of teaching. She dedicated many years serving as a Sunday School teacher before she began opening her home to lead Bible Studies for women of different ages.

In 2019, Valentina personally encountered God, and she realized how deeply rooted her faith was in traditional religion. The Lord took her on a journey of a relationship, removing a shaky foundation and building a solid one. Though the process of sanctification was difficult, it has brought so much beauty. 

The Lord began opening doors for Valentina to speak at conferences, events and retreats. Her testimony and teachings have inspired countless women to pursue an authentic, personal relationship with God.

After each event, conference or retreat, the question always remains: Is there a way I can continue studying? So, after years of prayer and planning, we are excitedly creating a space just for that: a space to share her testimony, create Bible Studies and discuss topics with a practical approach – available to all.
